Our class is spreading kindness throughout the school!
Last week I told the kids that I found this is my box and read it to them.
They agreed that they could certainly be a part of this club!
On Monday we filled out our applications. I sent them off to the
Kind Kids Club authorities for them to look over.
On Tuesday, we recieved this letter! We were very excited!
We opened the box to receive our first assignment!
"make thank you cards for our lunch staff"
We got to work right away on cards for the ladies that help us at lunch everyday!
The ladies in the lunchroom were so happy with the cards that we made and
brownies that we dropped off!
(Thank you to one of our moms for making the brownies! I was still hearing rave reviews today!)
Today, our assignment was to deliver treats to Mrs. Katt, our principal and Mrs. Chenault, our assistant principal!
The kids drew portraits of Mrs. Katt and Mrs. Chenault to deliver along with the treats!
We have had a good time in these first two days learning how good it feels to fill the buckets of others! There are still many people on our list to treat to a Christmas surprise.
