The Best Place to Read

In Reader's Workshop, we are continuing to talk about what good readers do.

 

One thing that good readers do is find a comfortable place to read that is free from distractions.

 

We read "The Best Place to Read"

 

Then we talked about where our favorite places are.

 

We all had favorite reading spots at home that were our "Best Place to Read".

 

Finally, we decided what the best places for reading in our classroom were. These will be our reading spots for independent reading during readers workshop each day.

We will switch spots each week or so.
